USA Lacrosse membership is required for on-the-field insurance coverage for all members. You may need to update your registration status and end dates. To do so, please proceed as follows:

Make sure that your US Lacrosse membership will cover your player through the 2024 Fall Season. If you do not have a membership or need to renew yours please follow this link before continuing with registration.
