Lacrosse Equipment Requirements
Each player is required to provide his/her own equipment.
Equipment can be purchased at Sling It Lacrosse in Belmont. Tell them you're with the Coyotes!
Equipment List for Girls Team Players
- Goggles - Lacrosse Specific
- Mouthguard - must be visible color other than clear, red, or white
- Stick - Lacrosse Specific for girls
- Cleats - soccer, lacrosse, and turf cleats are all acceptable
- Gloves - women's lacrosse specific are optional
- Helmets - women's lacrosse specific are optional
Equipment List for Boys Team Players
- Helmets - Lacrosse Specific / NOCSAE certified
- Mouthpiece - must be visible color other than clear, red, or white
- Shoulder/Chest Pads - (see additional info. below)
- Elbow pads
- Gloves - Lacrosse Specific
- Protective Cup

Additional Information for Boys Equipment
- Effective January 1, 2022, shoulder pads for boys field players must be designed for lacrosse and meet National Operating Committee on Standard for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE); NOCSAE standard ND200.
- Effective January 1, 2021, ALL goalie chest protectors must be designed for lacrosse and meet NOCSAE standard, ND200.
- All chest protectors and shoulder pads must contain NOCSAE logo and SEI certification mark on both the packaging and the product to be legal for play.
